If you are buying Windows 7 in Europe, chances are that your Windows 7 copy will not include Internet Explorer 8 or any other web browser due to some anti-trust related complications with EU.

Microsoft has therefore proposed a screen that will allow Windows 7 customers in EU to decide which browser they want to install with their operating system.

It’s like adding links to Bing and Yahoo on the homepage on Google.
